The relationship of Victor Cordero’s title work is a lively one, vividly depicted by ST15 – aka saxophonist Laurent Estoppey and pianist Virginie Falquet. The Swiss duo has a velvety sound that entices in Paule Maurice’s Tableaux de Provence and Milhaud’s Scaramouche, but fi nds less grist in Piotr Grella-Możejko’s barren Numen.
