An intriguing concept recreates the 1910 premiere concert of arguably Stravinsky’s first masterpiece, with crack period band Les Siècles sounding especially vivid. The composite score for Diaghilev’s Les Orientales (reconstructed by François Dru, including deft new orchestrations of Grieg’s Djinn by Bruno Mantovani and Sinding’s Danse Orientale by Charlie Piper) is attractive, but of secondary importance.
